Remote Desktop

NTNow is able to offer troubleshooting and repair of servers and desktop PCs remotely. A combination of telephone and direct connection support is used to resolve the issue at hand. Not all problems can be resolved via a remote connection, and the use of TeamViewer or Logmein iis required on the computer to be examined over the Internet. Minimum billing is set at one hour.

This service is available to all current clients or to anyone with Internet access. The program applies to all current versions of Microsoft Windows desktops and servers, including Exchange Server. The service is intended to serve computer end users as well as network administrators.

Our engineers can quickly walk you through the installation of needed software over the phone.

NOTE: if you are using AOL, we cannot assist you via a remote desktop link. NTNow does not support AOL.

There may also be problems if you are using a advanced firewall.  These are not insurmountable issues, but they require a few more steps. Please contact us for more information.
